Refund & Returns Policy For Wines
At Da Silva Vineyards & Winery, we put a lot of care into every bottle we make, and we want you to love what you receive. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of alcohol regulations, we’re only able to accept returns or exchanges in the case of:

Damaged or defective bottles upon arrival

Wrong items sent in your order
If that happens, just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Email info@dasilvavineyards.com with your order number, a quick description of the issue, and a photo if you can. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, refund, or credit.
Shipping & Weather Delays
Wine doesn’t love extreme heat or cold—so during those times, we may hold off on shipping to make sure your wine arrives in perfect condition. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.
Please note: If a delivery is missed, needs to be redirected, or is returned due to incorrect address info, any extra shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. We always recommend double-checking your shipping details before placing your order!
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change or cancel an order? No problem—as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. If it’s already on its way, we unfortunately can’t make changes. Just contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can.
A Few Things We Can’t Take Back
There are a few items we can’t accept returns on:

Opened bottles (unless the wine is faulty)

Wine bought from restaurants or other retailers

Gift cards, event tickets, or promotional items
Refunds
If a refund is needed, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was on our end.
